This page explains the information used to provide PersonaScope and its paid digital reports.

Information used by the service

PersonaScope uses your assessment answers, chosen goal and context to create your profile. If you purchase a report, it also uses the email address you provide, the payment reference and the report information needed for delivery and later recovery.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. PersonaScope does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

Email delivery

Your email address is used to deliver the report and support delivery retries. It should not be used for unrelated marketing without separate consent.

Returning to a report

Your browser stores a private recovery reference so the same device can reopen a purchased profile. The associated profile and progress information are stored by PersonaScope to provide that feature.

Optional advertising analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, PersonaScope uses the TikTok Pixel to understand whether an advert led to a website visit, assessment completion, checkout or confirmed purchase. PersonaScope does not send assessment answers or email addresses to TikTok. You can decline this optional tracking from the cookie notice.

Your choices

You can clear the saved browser reference through your browser storage settings. Questions about access or deletion can be made through the support contact supplied with your purchase receipt.

Important limitation

Do not use PersonaScope to submit medical records, highly sensitive personal information or information about another person without their permission.
